Our Future – Connecting Authentically With the Millennial Generation

Today, more than ever, it’s critical to understand the generation that follows ours for they shape the future of organizations.

Millennials (aka Generation Y) are those born between 1980 – 2000 and are now the largest group that make up America’s workforce at about 37% of the total. This is significant compared to the 34% of Baby Boomers that are retiring in droves.

While every generation likes to think of themselves as unique and cutting edge, there are both strengths and challenges within each group. Knowing the characteristics and motivators of Generation Y allows companies to plan for their future health.

Businesses and service organizations need to look at the evidence that supports the Millennial Generation in order to leverage and build on their strengths to make a positive impact.

This session guides you through the myths, traits, and strengths of the Millennial Generation. It offers practical ways on how you can easily connect and influence them in service to others. If making connections with our future leaders is important to you, this session is not to be missed!
