Director of GMC Foundation: Jason Chandler

Currently the President of Gwinnett Medical Center Foundation and has been in this position for 7 years working to raise money for GMC’s Strickland Heart Center, cancer care, women and children’s services, neurosciences, concussion and sports medicine services as well as the brand new medical residency training program at Gwinnett Medical Center.

Jason graduated from the University of Tennessee and is a native to Knoxville, Tennessee earning a BA in English and minor Psychology. He earned a Masters degree in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Management from Indiana University. And is an alumnus of Leadership Gwinnett 2010. He is also, PAST President of Rotary Club of Gwinnett Mosaic.

Jason has also held fundraising positions at Belmont University in Nashville and Emory University’s School of Medicine. Married to his wife Monica for 18 years; they have a 15 year old daughter (Olivia) and a 12 year boy (Jacob) and live in Grayson.
