My lifelong commitment to personal growth and leadership development, combined with a passion for helping others reach their goals, led me to join the John Maxwell Team. Prior to joining the team, I served for 38 years in Environmental Consulting, Design, and Construction, providing solutions for federal, municipal/utility, and private sector clients. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering, both from West Virginia University, and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. I have been a registered Professional Engineer for over 35 years, am a lifetime member of Beta Gamma Sigma (National Business Honorary), and am a registered Design Build Professional with the Design-Build Institute of America.

Throughout my career, I have served on literally hundreds of project delivery teams, including several regional and national award winning projects. And I have served in a wide variety of leadership roles, held numerous management positions, and served as Vice President in two major national engineering firms over the past 20 years.

Very early in my career, I was fortunate to serve with and for a few great leaders. Their example inspired me to become a student of leadership, devoted to lifelong learning and personal growth. I have found my greatest joy in serving others through helping them become better leaders.
