The Exceptional Foundation of Atlanta opened its first-day program in 2018. Since then, it has continued to grow with a second location, a fitness program, a special initiative for aging members, and a Family Navigator Program which assists families statewide in pursuing resources needed to provide a sustainable future for their adult child with disabilities. Having built a strong foundation, just last week The Exceptional Foundation changed its name to Exceptional Futures to better reflect its mission to ensure a different, better future for adults with disabilities.

When the opportunity to become Executive Director at EF came about, Beth knew it was a chance to bring together her skills and experience with a cause deeply rooted in her life. Beth and her husband have three children. John, their middle child, and heart of the family, has autism and recently aged out of public school at age 22. Beth and her family are living the aging out experience that seeks to remedy. Beth has 35 years of corporate and nonprofit experience building communities, connecting people with available resources, and developing and implementing programs and events.
