Kayce Pearce is the Chief Development and Marketing Officer at Annandale Village. She is responsible for all aspects of Annandale’s fundraising and development operations, which includes annual funding, campaign planning and analysis, major gifts, corporate sponsorships, grants, and special events. Additionally, Kayce also supervises Annandale’s marketing operations, which include digital and print marketing as well as direct marketing and community relations.

Prior to joining Annandale, Kayce began her non-profit career as the Annual Fund Manager at the Georgia Tech Alumni Association before embarking on a ten year career at the Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta (MJCCA) in a variety of ascending roles. Beginning as its Senior Development Associate, she later moved into the Director of Annual Giving role before becoming their Director of Development. Throughout her tenure at the MJCCA, Kayce grew annual funding exponentially and developed a successful corporate sponsor program.

Kayce holds a BA in History from Auburn University, where she was also a member of the Auburn University Gymnastics team for four years. She lives in Dunwoody with her husband, Matt, and their two children, Luke and Laine.
