Mr. Dan Nolan joined the GGC family from the private sector where he consulted with Fortune 500 companies regarding maximizing human capital for the past 10 years. He was also instrumental in working with the Department of Defense in implementing energy security efforts for forward deployed forces. In this capacity, Nolan was responsible for working with large, complex staff organizations with worldwide responsibilities. Nolan has also serve in local government as the Deputy Supervisor of Elections for the fourth largest county in Florida. This service required his expertise at the local, regional, and federal level, again working with large complex bureaucracies.

Nolan retired from the U.S. Army after a distinguished career of 26 years. During that time, he served in numerous command and staff positions with a focus on developing the leaders of tomorrow. He volunteers with entrepreneurial organizations making the transition from startup to objective organization by helping them craft the culture that will sustain the business through the often stressful process of growth.

Nolan is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, N.Y. He holds a master's degree in systems management from the University of Southern California, as well as a Master of Arts in national security and strategic planning from the U.S. Naval War College. He is a doctoral student in organizational leadership with the University of Phoenix.

He is married to Anne and has two children, Grace and Danny. His hobbies are running, reading and writing about leadership.
