Dean was born in Edinburgh, the capital city of Scotland, with a population today of just under 500,000 residents. His family, including parents and a younger brother, are extremely close and caring.

Excelling in academics, Dean is also an accomplished athlete, competing at the International level in lawn bowling. He enjoys soccer, and follows the PGA tour. Other sports interests are swimming, badminton, table tennis, walking, cycling, and golf. Oh, and his academic recognition is for all of his studies, especially in the field of Graphic Communications.

Dean aspires to be an engineer. His favorite subjects include architecture, computer software and media applications, mathematics, geography and computer science.
