Kiersten Greeff: Big Peach Mobile Pack

Founded in 1987, Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) is a Christian non-profit organization committed to feeding God’s children hungry in body and spirit. The approach is simple: volunteers hand-pack meals specially formulated for malnourished children, and we send them to partners around the world where they’re used to operate orphanages, schools, clinics and feeding programs to break the cycle of poverty. Our food has reached more than 70 countries in our history. FMSC has consistently received the highest grades awarded for accountability and transparency, and 92% of donations are spent on feeding program.
Kiersten Greeff is a resident of Duluth and has volunteered with Feed My Starving Children to organize 6 MobilePacks in Gwinnett County over the last 5 years. She is are currently helping FMSC organize The Big Peach MobilePack, which will take place September 25-27, 2015 at the North Atlanta Trade Center. 5,000 volunteers are needed for this event to pack 1,000,000 meals to feed starving children around the world.
