Michelle holds Master’s in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration from Georgia State University. She spent 11 years working for Charter Behavioral Health Services in Marketing and Business Development. She spent 5 years consulting in the behavioral health field before entering her second career as a full-time MOM! During this time, Michelle shifted her focus to volunteer service in schools, with her kid’s sports teams, at her church and in the community. Michelle assumed the role of Liaison for Perimeter Church to community partner, Rainbow Village. In this role, Michelle organized service projects, co-chaired fundraising event committees, organized faith partner serving efforts. She was recognized as Volunteer of the Year in 2010.

In July 2016, Michelle joined the staff at Rainbow Village as the Community Engagement Director. In this role, she is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with faith partners, civic organizations, businesses and other community organizations. She also responsible for special events planning and coordinating marketing and communications operations.
