Directions to Gwinnett DOT Central Operations & Maintenance Facility, 620 Winder Highway: From south of Lawrenceville (Grayson):

• Take Highway 20 (Grayson Highway) to Scenic Highway (SR 124)
• Turn right onto Scenic Highway (SR 124)
• Take Scenic Highway to Winder Highway (SR 8/US 29) (third traffic signal)
• Turn right onto Winder Highway (SR 8 / US 29)
• Take Winder Highway (SR 8 / US 29) to the third traffic signal, entrance to the
• Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources (DWR) facility
• Travel service entrance past DWR (on right) to the gas tanks (on left) and proceed straight ahead to our driveway/first gate to our facility
• Follow driveway around to second gate and turn right
• Visitor parking is in front of building

From north of Lawrenceville (Buford):

• Take Buford Drive (SR 20) to Hurricane Shoals Road
• Turn left onto Hurricane Shoals Road, eastbound
• Travel Hurricane Shoals Road to first traffic signal, Hosea Road (next to Fire HQ)
• Turn right onto Hosea Road
• Travel Hosea Road by Airport and across railroad tracks to Seaboard Industrial, turn left (very rough access) (if not go to SR 8/US 29/Winder Highway and turn left and follow to next traffic signal)
• Upon entry to “government property,” travel to gas tanks (on right) and turn left into our driveway/first gate
• Follow driveway around to second gate and turn right
• Visitor parking is in front of building

From east of Lawrenceville (Dacula):

• Take SR 316 to Winder Highway (SR 8/US 29)
• Turn left onto Winder Highway (SR 8/US 29)
• Take Winder Highway (SR 8 / US 29) to the third traffic signal, entrance to the
• Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources (DWR) facility
• Travel service entrance past DWR (on right) to the gas tanks (on left) and proceed straight ahead to our driveway/first gate to our facility  Follow driveway around to second gate and turn right Visitor parking is in front of building

From west of Lawrenceville (Lilburn area):

• Take Highway 29 through downtown Lawrenceville to 620 Winder Highway, entrance to the Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources (DWR) facility
• Travel service entrance past DWR (on right) to the gas tanks (on left) and proceed straight ahead to our driveway/first gate to our facility
• Follow driveway around to second gate and turn right
• Visitor parking is in front of building
