Founding member of the Atlanta Bitcoin Embassy, Alex brings over 20 years of experience in traditional financial services and banking beginning with the internet boom in the mid-90s where he focused on bringing better products and tools to the average investor and advisor.

In 2014, managing distribution of over 12k mutual funds with over $700b in AUM, he came across a new hedge fund in bitcoins.  Though quick to dismiss, he soon learned that this bitcoin technology has the fundamental attributes that could transform not just banking and finance, but virtually every economic interaction among humans.

Today, Alex works as a consultant helping organizations understand how to make sense of the growing crypto-economy.
