Flora Tano is a Regional Recruiter for the Peace Corps and covers Georgia. She is a Returned Peace Corps volunteer having served in China, as an Education Volunteer from 2013-2015. She taught English as a Foreign Language to college students and collaborated with her Chinese counterparts to promote effective English learning methodologies. Flora was born in Cote D’Ivoire (a.k.a. Ivory Coast) but calls Atlanta, GA home. She obtained her B.A in International Studies from Saint Leo University and her Masters from the University of Queensland in Australia. She’s an avid traveler, who loves to discover news places and try new things.
